timely manner; ensuring smooth logistics, compliance with export regulations, and efficient shipment processing.
2. Manage nearly 90 export shipments per month across five SBUs while driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and
reduce turnaround time.
3. Handle day-to-day operational and emergency requirements related to Supply Chain Management and logistics as needed.
4. Lead process improvement projects with internal stakeholders and develop SOPs for functions requiring formalization and
optimization.
