· Solicits information from potential customers about the computer that
they require or the needs that they are to do with the computer.
· Explaining the benefits of different asus computer models to potential
customers.
· Advising customers on technical matters and recommending appropriate
computer configurations that suits their needs.
· Doing repair and maintenace of both hardware and/or softwares of the
clients laptop and/or computer systems.
· Ensuring i achieve my set targets monthly in terms of value and number of
units given.
· Linking windows os with other os devices e.g ios and android.
· Providing IT technical supports to both customers and showroom staffs.
· Liaising between customers and higher management.

· Doing my own research in technology and keeping myself updated with
the latest technology.
· Helping out family members and friends who have technological
challenges.
· Reading CCNA 200-301 Official Cert Guide, Volume 1 & Volume 2.
· Improving my skills in computer programming languages (C++, java, Php,
Css, MySQL and Python).

· Teaching computer science/Information Technology units
· Preparing computer science/Information Technology syllabi and course
and/or lecture materials for students.
· Preparing computer experiments and taking students through them.
· Setting exams, assignments and submitting grades in accordance with
Rongo University Schedule.
· Liaising between student and the Head of department.
· Lectured the following technological units: Introduction to computer,
Expert systems, Compiler design, Electronics I, II & III, Digital electronics and
Digital system design.

· Helping other programmers/system developers with their coding
/algorithm issues.
· Researching and understanding the latest technologies in place online.
· Helping friends and family with education challenges and technological
issues.

· Ensuring the team reach our set targets both team wise and individual.
· Repairing and maintaining PC’s and Laptops for the customers.
· Explaining and Selling mobiles, laptops and networking devices to

On my master’s studies in computer network administration and management I dealt further on cloud computing, communication security and ICT configuration and administration are still fresh in my mind and I do keep updated with the latest IT administration trends.
