Duties and Responsibilities
-Implement asset management system audits to evaluate data integrity
-Supervise beverage batch preparation and monitoring
-Monitor quality checks on the CIP solutions, final syrup product, sugar and packaging materials
-Carry out verification and validation of the concentrates before mixing
-Manage Autonomous maintenance training of new recruits
-Ensuring that the operating procedures for the water and wastewater treatment Plants are up to date and
controlled in Achiever Plus.
-Ensuring that routine sampling of wastewater effluent is done as per procedure and routine.
-Participating in food safety management system implementation.
-Inspecting and/or testing products before, during, and after the manufacturing process.
-Participate in food safety management system implementation.
- Observe safe, healthy and risk free working environment , Continuous Improvement , Finance budgeting and
control
-Co-ordinate and prepare for all external audits.
-Ensures that the requirements of the Quality Management System are met, including policies, work
instructions, and work aids.
-Manages and improves quality performance to uphold consistent product quality.
-Coordinates and monitors the implementation of quality procedures.

- Skilling students in software engineering and application- preparing laboratory solutions and Carrying out Lab tests on samples
-Organizing seminars and field trips to different learning sites
-Culturing compounds needed for practical sessions
-Identification and purchase of Laboratory grade chemicals and equipment for physics, chemistry and biology

Duties and Responsibilities
-Carryout Laboratory tests and analysis of Laboratory samples
-Equipment calibrations, training and maintenance
-Conducting practical lessons with fresher students on research modules of each course unit.
-Receiving, analyzing and releasing results to the respective bodies sponsoring the research
- Assisting PhD and Masters students in their final projects and analysis with equipment operation and
calibrations
- Assisting lecturers by conducting lab lessons with students on equipment operations and use
- Carrying out documentations and records necessary for continuous research and daily operation of the
University research Laboratory
-Maintenance of daily Lab operations and organization
