Assisting in the planning and design of telecommunication networks. This could involve using specialized software to create network layouts, analyzing coverage areas, and considering factors like signal strength, interference, and capacity requirements. We often participate in the installation and testing of network equipment and infrastructure. This could include setting up antennas, routers, switches, and other network components, and conducting tests to ensure proper functionality and performance. Identifying and troubleshooting network issues and also assisting in diagnosing network outages, signal problems, or equipment malfunctions and contribute to the resolution of these issues to maintain the network's reliability.

Assisting in the configuration of IP RAN equipment and devices & Participate in identifying and troubleshooting network issues. • Working with senior engineers to ensure that network settings align with project requirements & Collaborate with the team to diagnose and resolve problems related to IP RAN components. • Provide support for ongoing IP RAN projects, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. • Maintaining accurate records of network configurations and updates & Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project updates and challenges

• Vigilant network surveillance and first level support of key Telenor Pakistan core domains including CS Core, PS Core, Cloud Core,IP Core, Core Power, HLR/HSS, CBS (Convergent Billing system), VAS (Value Added Services), LDI (Long Distance International), STP(Signaling Transfer Point), BSS IT (Business Support Systems), Digital Services, Financial Services (EasyPaisa), Firewalls ( NSN,Huawei), IT Services, VOLTE, Business Intelligent Nodes. • Hands on experience on various Network Management Tools including NetNumen U31, iManager U2000 MBB, U2020 MBB, Grafana, NetAct, Pandora FMS, iManager I2000, Huawei NCE and PRTG Network Monitor. • Daily analysis and reporting of key core performance KPIs. • Providing remote technical assistance to field teams for hardware and software problems and ensuring that field works are implemented without impacting the network health. • Health checks of 2G,3G and 4G Core Network KPI’s to ensure smooth operations. • Escalating core related issues and outages and following up with the concerned SLM teams/third parties till their resolution. • Keeping track of all network faults, KPIs degradation and recording them using ITSM/Netcool. • Coordination with customer and vendor companies for planned activities/outages and strong follow up of planned outages/activities till restoration. • Making initial fault reports and SLA audit/tracking for core and it’s optimization. • Responding to queries and complaints from other business/customer units regarding Data Services; including the preparation of usage stats and analytical reports. • Software Version upgrades and Patch installations. • Analysis of Alarm trends to limit the problem sources for Network failures.

• Configuration Management Activities on Radio Products, Band Integration, LLD Modification, Site Pre integration, RET/TMA Config,Neighboring definition. • Hands on Experience on Huawei BSC/BTS Integration, SW upgrade, OMU version & Patch upgrade and its Configuration. • Trouble shoot, Configure, and Decommission of Huawei basebands BBU3900, BBU5900 and Blade BBU3900/5900 series. • Perform Node Integration(GLN, GULN, GLN+UO, GLN, New Rollout) and Modernization from 5G NSA to Hybrid NSA+SA and Co MPT Conversion respectively. • Collect Configuration data according to agreed templates and process. • Providing support to Site Engineers on any kind of Script Related Issues, Fixing Configuration faults, Troubleshooting of Tx issues,and Providing support on Escalations to relevant teams. • Performing Remote Configuration Expansions such as 4G Expansion(L700, L800, L900, L1800, L2100) and 5G Expansion(N2600,N3500). • MORAN, MOCN, LAMP/IBS & new FTK Sites Integration & Configuration • War room support for Field technicians for all field activities (OAM connectivity, RRH fiber termination/swap, antenna/cable swap and other onsite troubleshooting). • Daily day to day support for RF team related to Cell ACT/DEA, Parameter changes such as PCI,RSI, TCH, and BCCH (CR implementation and troubleshooting). • Rehoming of Sites including the Seamless migration of network traffic and resources from one BSC/RNC to another, ensuring minimal service disruption
