I am an experienced Ramp;D engineer with a Master’s degree in Innovation and Product Development. I have experience in lighting design and development, with strong skills in CAD modelling, design change management, and product lifecycle management.
In my previous role as a development engineer, I was responsible for the development, modification, and optimization of rear lamps for well-known clients such as Audi and Škoda. At my previous company, I managed all phases of rear lamp development for these clients, including conducting problem analysis, leading design modification processes, and demonstrating strong communication and project management abilities. I also gained experience creating specific 3D components and later preparing technical documentation for a new BMW project. Through this work, I developed significant experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing technical documentation, and solving complex design and quality issues.
In this role, I was able to effectively apply my technical skills (Catia V5, Siemens NX, Lean Manufacturing), as well as my organizational and analytical competencies. In addition to my engineering background, I have experience in safety management and education, complemented by knowledge in finance and fluency in multiple languages, which enables me to maintain a holistic perspective on projects.
