1. Project Leadership: Led the design and development of advanced projects, including Pawanputra and a vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) drone. Received a prize for the VTOL drone from JSCOE College for advanced
technology used in the project, and it was selected as the best project out of 30 groups.
2. Manufacturing Process Selection: Identified and implemented suitable manufacturing methods to enhance production efficiency and quality, focusing on additive manufacturing. Managed 3D printer machines and
successfully integrated advanced additive manufacturing techniques.
3. Research and Technical Analysis: Conducted comprehensive research and performed critical calculations to ensure technical accuracy and success of project goals. For every drone, carried out essential initial calculations
such as the centre of gravity, choice of airfoil, coefficient of drag, coefficient of lift, and series and parallel connections of the battery.
4. Extensive Drone Development Experience: I worked on 5+ different categories of drones, such as Quadcopter, VTOL, Fixed-wing, and Helicopter. I have completed all projects.
5. Packaging and Logistics: Directed the packaging of drone accessories and frames, coordinating logistics for seamless delivery from company to customers.
6. Assembly line: Handle assembly line operation, optimizing workflow efficiency and ensuring high production standards. My team assembled 20 NATO-category drones and 2 Krishi drones (helicopter drones) in one day, a
huge achievement for us, accomplished without any errors.
7. Component Testing and Quality Assurance: Led testing of essential electronic components such as BLDC motor, ESC, Propeller, Flight Controller, transmitter, receiver, and servo motors, to verify performance and reliability.

1. Machining process: Understanding of machining processes including turning, knurling, and drilling, ensuring precision and adherence to technical specifications.
2. Lathe Machine Maintenance: Experienced in maintaining lathe machine by removing burrs, and cleaning of machine.
3. Material Handling: Handling material safely and efficiently, utilizing a rolling crane for the transportation of heavy components from one place to another.
